Q. Do you require any upfront payment?

A. Generally, yes we do. If it's a small piece or we work with you on a regular basis, we might make exceptions but they're rare. We usually need at least a partial payment. Our business depends upon happy clients so we make every effort to make you happy with our work.

Q. What are your rates?

A. Check out our rate schedule with the menu button at the left that says "Rates." You'll see a range because the work varies so widely. If you have a lot of work for us, we can often reduce the rates. If we don't know you and the amount of work is small, that likely won't happen. We don't do penny a word sorts of work. We're professionals.

Q. Will you talk to us upfront about our projects?

A. Of course. We will not produce pieces of work or layout plans in advance without payment, however.

Q. Do you work onsite?

A. Typically, no. Almost all of our work is done via phone and email. It allows us to work from any location and allows our clients to be any place in the world and we like that.

Q. Are you willing to do research for your writing projects?

A. Absolutely and we're good at it. This time is factored into work we do at a flat rate and billed by the hour otherwise. We're efficient at this.
